Congratulations, Ladies you are now pregnant. Your husband and, of course, your family must be happy with this news. Finally, after waiting for a while, you are given this miraculous blessing. Now, you just need to wait for about 40 weeks to eventually be able to hold and kiss your baby.

However, this 40 week journey will not be easy for you, Moms. There are many things that will appear following the growth of your baby. In the beginning of first trimester, for instance, you will experience what so called nausea. Nausea is caused by the rise of some hormones in your body such as progesterone and estrogen. The rapid increase of these two hormones cause your digestive system distracted. Your stomach will not as normal as it used to be.

Fortunately, there are some ways that you can do to eliminate the effects of this disturbing nausea. The first way is that you may need to change your diet plan. It is recommended that you frequently eat small amount of food now that you are pregnant. You also need to choose foods that are easy to be digested by your digestive system. The second way is that you need to eat foods that do not have strong smell. This kind of food will make your nausea even worse than before. Worsening your nausea is the last thing you want to do in this kind of situation, Moms.
