Welcome to the second trimester, Ladies. In this trimester, you will still feel many kinds of body change. Some of body changes that you feel in the first trimester may have gone away by now, but some others may still linger and get worse than before. Thus, you need to prepare yourself a lot better this time.

The first body change that you may notice happens to your body in the beginning of the second semester is backache. This kind of body change is caused by the weight that you have gained lately. Along with the growth of your baby inside your uterus, your weight will increase significantly.

Even though having backache in this phase is normal, you still need to overcome it. If you let the pain continues, it can affect your health and, of course, your baby’s, Moms. There are some ways that you can do to do so. These ways are
-          to sit up straightly when you sit in a chair
-          to choose a chair that can support your back well
-          to avoid lifting heavy stuffs
-          to put on shoes with low heels
-          to ask your husband to rub your back with natural oils

-          to get pregnancy massages
