Back Pain in Third Trimester |
In the third trimester of your pregnancy, you will notice that your uterus gets bigger and bigger than before in the first and second trimester of your pregnancy. It is caused by baby in your uterus gets bigger too. Even though this is a source of happiness for the pregnant mothers, big uterus can also cause pains. One of many pains that you will feel in the third trimester is back pain. It is due to the fact that your uterus press the joints of your back. It can be really uncomfortable for the pregnant mothers.
Fortunately, there are some ways that you can do to at least soothe the back pain that you feel. These ways consist of:
- to often tilt your pelvic. You can do this by moving your pelvic back and forth while you kneel down while keeping your back straight. You can do this exercise for quite some time or until you feel tired to do so
- to put on what so called Belly bra or maternity pantyhose. It will help you soothe the pain you feel in your back
- to support your back and abdomen with pillows or something like that whenever you sleep or take a nap
